GDPR & US Data Protection & Privacy

It all began with the EU implementing GDPR in May of 2018, essentially saying  that you Get to Deny Personal Responsibility, and we’ve tried to make that as easy as possible.

Did you get drunk and leave a stupid or embarrassing blog comment? Did you accidentally use a naked photo for your profile image? Don’t worry. If your state or local government says that you have the right to be protected from yourself, this page is for you.

This page was originally created to satisfy regulations for GDPR in Europe, but the desire for improved privacy has spread like a plague, and it’s only going to grow.  Using the forms below should completely cover me personally, Scott Hendison, and any officer, employee or contractor for Search Commander, Inc. for any liability that you or your legal vultures can dream up, based on the regulations of your state or country.
